Welcome to www.grid.golf! This site is run by Round 9 Development, LLC. When we say “we”, “us”, or “our”, we’re talking about Round 9 Development, LLC. By using our site and buying our awesome GridGolf products, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and our Return Policy. If you don’t agree, you can’t use our site or buy our stuff. Simple as that!

SECTION 1 – USING OUR SITE & YOUR ACCOUNT

You need to be at least 18 years old to buy our products. By using our site, you’re saying you’re at least 18. If you make an account, keep your password safe! You’re responsible for everything that happens under your username. If you buy something, we’ll need your name, billing address, email, and credit card info. Make sure all your info is accurate and up to date. If you need to change anything, do it quickly. And don’t pretend to be someone you’re not!

SECTION 2 – PRODUCTS, SERVICES, AND INFO ON THE SITE

Sometimes we might mess up with product descriptions, prices, or other info on the site. We can change stuff on the site whenever we want, but we don’t have to update it. Product prices and descriptions can change without notice. We try to show product colors accurately, but we can’t guarantee your screen shows them perfectly. We can stop selling any product at any time. Prices can change without notice, and we’re not responsible if we change or stop selling something.

SECTION 3 – BUYING OUR PRODUCTS

We need to accept your order before it’s official. After you order, we’ll send you a confirmation email. If you don’t get this email, the sale isn’t final. We can limit sales to certain people or places. Make sure your purchase info is accurate. We use a third-party payment processor, so your payment info might be shared with them. You’re responsible for shipping costs and taxes. Once we hand your order to the carrier, it’s your responsibility.

If you need to cancel an order or have issues, email us at ineedhelp@grid.golf. We might not be able to cancel if it’s already shipped. Check our Returns Policy for more details.

SECTION 4 - PROHIBITED USES

You can use our site for personal use only. Don’t co-brand, use meta tags, download (except for caching), modify, reproduce, or resell any part of the site without our permission. Don’t use robots, spiders, or other automated tools to gather data from the site. Don’t use the site for anything illegal or harmful.

SECTION 5 – TERMINATION/SUSPENSION OF YOUR ACCOUNT

We can warn, suspend, or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or if we think your use is harmful or illegal.

SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on the site is owned by GridGolf or our partners. Don’t copy, republish, post, distribute, or upload any content without our permission. You can print a copy for personal use, but don’t remove any trademarks or copyrights. You don’t get any ownership rights by using our site.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS

We might have links to third-party sites. We’re not responsible for their content or accuracy. Check their policies before you engage with them. Complaints about third-party products should go to them.

SECTION 8 - PERSONAL INFORMATION

Your personal info is governed by our Privacy Policy.

SECTION 9 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

We don’t guarantee that our site or services will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. The site and all content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We’re not responsible for any harm from using our site or products.

We’re not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages from using our site or products. Our total liability to you won’t exceed $100 or the amount you spent on our site, whichever is lower. Any claim must be made within one year.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the rest will still be valid.

These Terms are effective until terminated by you or us. You can terminate by stopping use of our site and notifying us. We can terminate if you violate these Terms.

SECTION 14 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT

These Terms and our policies are the entire agreement between you and us, superseding any prior agreements.

SECTION 15 - GOVERNING LAW

These Terms are governed by the laws of New Jersey. Any disputes will be handled in New Jersey courts.

SECTION 16 - CHANGES TO TERMS OF SERVICE

We can update these Terms at any time. Check this page for changes. Your continued use of our site means you accept the changes.
