We offer a 1-year limited warranty on our GridGolf sets, parts, and accessories. This covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use.

If your GridGolf set, parts, or accessories have any defects, we'll repair or replace it at no extra cost to you.

Our warranty doesn't cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. Normal wear and tear is also not covered.

If you need to make a warranty claim, just use the form on this page with your order number and a description of the issue. We'll respond and guide you through the process.

We'll ask you to send us photos or videos of the defect. In some cases, we might need you to send the product back to us for inspection.

If your claim is approved, we'll repair or replace your mini golf course and cover the shipping costs to send it back to you.
