We want you to love your GridGolf set as much as we do. But if things don't quite work out, no worries – we've got you covered.

Returns 101

Eligibility

To return your GridGolf set and/or accessories, make sure it's unused and in the same awesome condition you got it. Keep it in the original packaging and be sure to include all the pieces.

Return Window

You've got 30 days from the day you received your product to start a return.

Starting Your Return

Use the form on this page and provide us with your order number and why you want to return it. We'll hook you up with a return authorization and the next steps.

Proof of Purchase

Hang on to that receipt or proof of purchase – we'll need it to process your return.

Shipping Costs

You'll need to cover the shipping costs to send it back to us. In addition, original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, we'll deduct the return shipping cost from it.

Inspection & Approval

Once we receive your GridGolf products, we'll check it out and let you know if your refund is approved. If all's good, we'll process your refund to your original payment method.

Refunds & Exchanges

Processing Time

We'll get your refund sorted within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

Partial Refund

If the GridGolf set and/or accessories are not in their original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts (and it's not our fault), you may be eligible only for a partial refund.

Original Shipping Costs

Unfortunately, original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you get a refund, we'll deduct the return shipping cost from it.

Damaged or Defective Parts

If your GridGolf set and/or accessories arrive defective or damaged, we'll swap it out for a new one at no cost to you. Just email us at ineedhelp@playgridgolf.com with your order number and the details. We may ask for photos or video to verify.

Gift Cards

Gift cards can't be returned or refunded.
